We can arrange for official pre-approval of your mortgage in Bulgaria. Pre-approval is subject to proof of income and a valuation appraisal of the property.

Once pre-approval is obtained, the mortgage process can be started by collating mortgage documents and completing the application form. When the bank receives the application form and documents, they order a valuation of the property and a mortgage is offered.
