So if you need a loan for a development please provide us with some basic details:-
- The type of development, shopping mall, renewable energy or hotel
- Provide the approximate total cost and the amount you would like to borrow
- Your current input costs to the project, land cost, regulation and legal costs
- Details of the Principals and company or joint venture involved
(Usually up to 85% can be advanced for projects we approve)
If it is a project we may be interested in we will ask for the full project, extensive details of the developing company or joint venture. After receiving some basic information we can usually provide a written offer within 5 working days. The offer will always include the advance, terms and conditions, % rate to be applied, options for repayment. The commission % charged and the lenders fees and charges.
Three currencies are available $ £ €.
The principals involved will need to prove their track record. A business plan to include forecast revenues, ROI and some previous history of prior developments will be required. In most cases we are able to produce a full report on companies who apply. Where we are not able, companies will need to provide documents at the lenders request.
